Shipping policy

We are cooperating closely with USPS to ensure a timely delivery. Once orders are processed and shipped (typically within 2-3 business days), orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Please note that sometimes orders may experience delays. 

If and order is damaged, please reach out as we can provide guidance as to who which shipping courier can be in contact for the mishandled product. Please note that damaged products from shipping are not subjected returns/refunds.
